Preto je ideálny pre sériovú výrobu v rôznych priemyselných odvetviach. Vo výberovej tabu ke na strane 7 nájdete objednávacie ísla pre kompletné prístroje (základný prístroj + vybavenie).

    ZÁSOBOVANIE STLA ENÝM VZDUCHOM Všetky nástroje sa prevádzkujú pomocou stla eného vzduchu. Optimálny prevádzkový tlak je 5,5 bar. Na pripojenie k pneumatickému vedeniu odporú ame použi regulátory tlaku a automatické filtra né systémy. Tie by mali by umiestnené do 3 m od prístroja (pozri diagram nižšie) na dosiahnutie max.

    Ú D R Ž B A P R Í S T R O J A Údržba sa vykonáva v pravidelných asových intervaloch. Komplexná kontrola sa vykonáva raz ro ne alebo každých 500 000 pracovných taktov, pod a toho, o nastane skôr. DÔLEŽITÉ...

    Pri dennej a týždennej údržbe je potrebné kontrolova poškodenie, opotrebovanie a funk nos prístroja. Po každej demontáži a pred uvedením do prevádzky je potrebné prístroj naplni hydraulickým olejom. * Vz ahuje sa na diely v súprave nástrojov Avdel. Kompletný zoznam nástrojov nájdete na strane 9.

    ÝMENA OLEJA Po rozobratí prístroja a pred uvedením do prevádzky je VŽDY potrebné naplnenie olejom. Ak by sa stalo, že po dlhšom používaní klesne zdvih prístroja, musí sa vykona výmena oleja a kontrola tesnení. PODROBNOSTI O OLEJI Odporú aný olej pre prístroj je Hyspin VG32, ktorý je k dispozícii v nádobách 0,5 l ( . dielu 7992-0002) alebo v nádobách 4,5 l ( . dielu 7992- 0006).
