Selecting functions in Advanced Calculator Mode

1. Switch to Advanced Mode (see the preceding procedure).
2. Open the menus
3. Select Options, and then select the type of function you want to
use:
• Advanced mathematical functions such as exponents,
Math:
roots, and logarithms.
• Trigonometric functions such as sine, cosine, tangent, and
Trig:
variants.
• Financial calculator functions such as APR and
Finance:
amortization.
• Hexadecimal characters in keypad, plus logic functions
Logic:
such as And, Not, Or, and Xor.
• Statistical functions such as sum, factorial, and
Statistics:
random number generator.
• Weight/Tmp:
and English values.
• Length conversions for metric and English values.
Length:
• Area: Area conversions for metric, traditional, and English
values.
• Volume conversions for metric and English values.

4. Open the menus
5. Select Pref, and then select the decimal display format: Float,
Fixed(x), Sci(x), or Eng(x).
6. Open the menus
7. Select Pref, and then select the number display format: Degrees,
Radians, or Grads.
