5. Select the Chat tab and set any of the
following preferences for chat sessions.

Create chats from messages:
when you want to group messages
from the same person into a chat.
•
Show timestamps in chats:
whether you want to see the local date
and time the message was sent next to
each message.
• Display my name in chat window as:
use as the label for your messages in the Chat view.
• Label color: Select a color to differentiate your messages from
the sender's messages while in the Chat view.
•
Use color for:
message text in the selected label color, or only your name.
6. Select the Network tab and set any of the
following preferences for network
connections.
•
Automatically collect MMS messages:
Indicate whether you want to
download multimedia messages
automatically.
• Even when roaming:
you want to automatically receive
multimedia messages while roaming.
7. Select OK.
