STEP 2C: Installing the Tambour for Inside
9300 Installations of 55"- 60"
Tools needed: Screwdriver
Parts Needed: Sidewall
Extensions, Bottom Tread
Hardware needed: 8 x 2" bolts,
8 x nuts, 2 x #10 3/4" screws
#1: Lay the 9300 on its
front such that the back of
the ladder is facing up. With
the handle pointing upwards,
feed the tambour through
the track on the sidewalls .

#4: Using a screwdriver, clear the
holes on the sidewall extension and
the sidewall. Place the 1/4 x 20 2"
bolts through the sidewall extension
and sidewall. Secure the nut on the
inside of the sidewall, ensuring it
sits in the recess of the sidewall:
- 55": Use bolt locations 3, 5, 1, 2.
- 57.5": Use bolt locations 3, 4, 5, 2.
- 60": Use bolt locations 3, 5, 1, 2.

#2 Feed the tambour
into the track until
the line bottom of the
tambour is past the
bottom of the sidewall.

#5 Lie the 9300 on its back.
Place the tread lugs into
the bottom of the sidewall
extension such that the
recessed area is towards
the back of the 9300.
WARNING! Using a corded
drill near pool may result in
electrocution.
#3: Determine the height for your 9300
installation: 55", 57.55", or 60". Line up
the top of the panel extension with the
corresponding marking on the sidewall.
#6: Pull the tambour
down and place the
tambour into the
recessed area in the
back of the bottom
tread. Screw into
place using 2 x #10
3/4" screws.
