The signals are processed in the HORUS row guidance system and then used for controlling the implement. The system must be switched off whenever driving on public roads and farm roads.

The system looks for plants forming a straight line (row spacing, plant width and height). The lines that can be detected best (1) are used for determining the position of the rows of plants relative to the camera.
