Warranty Sames grants a contractual warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of availability to the customer provided that the conditions of use indicated in this technical manual are complied with. In order to be implemented, the warranty claim must define precisely, in writing the malfunction in question, must be accompanied by the defective material and/or component and must include the conditions under which the customer acquired the material from Sames. -

As a reminder, the performance of equipment can only be guaranteed if a minimum of control and cleaning operations are performed on this equipment. Soiling and wear of the equipment depends on the operating and application conditions as well as the production rates. -
