    For your safety General All persons tasked to perform work on the Condair MN must read and ensure they have understood the planning and installation instructions as well as the operating manual for the Condair MN before starting work. An understanding of the content of these planning and installation instructions and the operating manual is a basic prerequisite for protecting personnel from danger, avoiding improper installation and operating the device safely and properly.

    Operation The Condair MN can either be operated locally via the control on the central unit (see Section 3.1) or remotely via the HumiLife-App (see Section 3.2). Local operation is given priority over remote control. Warning! Risk of contamination of the system After commissioning the Condair MN must not be switched off or disconnected from the power supply.

    3.2.1 Starting the HumiLife-App 1. Start the HumiLife-App on your mobile device. The login screen appears. 3. Enter your username (e-mail address) and password. Confirm your entries by pressing the <Login> button. The HumiLife-App home screen appears. Note: If you have forgotten the password, press the <Forgot password?> button. You will then be guided step by step through the process of setting a new password 4.

    3.2.3 Query maintenance information Press the graphics icon on the home screen. The maintenance information screen appears (figure on right). The maintenance history (maintenances carried out) as well as the remaining time until the next maintenance (e.g. annual maintenance, filter change, etc.) are displayed here.     3.2.4 Define zones as favorites Individual or all zones can be added as favorites for direct access to the zone control on the home screen. • To do this, press the <Add favorite> button. The favorite selection screen appears (figure on the right).

    3.2.5 Zone overview • On the home screen, press the <All Zones> button. The zone overview screen appears. The current humidity value is displayed for each zone. Grayed out zones indicate that humidification is turned off in these zones. • By pressing the button at the top left of the zone overview, you can switch between list view and icon view of the zone overview.

    3.2.6 Zone control • Access the zone control of the desired zone via the corresponding favorites button (see Section 3.2.4) or via the zone overview (see Section 3.2.5). The Zone Control screen for the selected zone appears. Here you have the following options: Back to the zone overview or back to the home screen.

    3.2.6.1 Query the humidity profile of a zone On the "Zone control" screen of the selected zone, press the graphic icon. The graphic of the humidity profile appears (figure on the right). Here you can: • Use the <Day>, <Week> and <Month> buttons to display the graphical progression of the humidity value in% RH for the current day, the current week or the current month.

    To ensure hygienic operation the Condair MD system must be serviced by authorized service special- ists once a year. The service is regulated in a corresponding service contract. Condair arranges and carries out the annual service. After completion, the service must be documented in the customer's service log.
  • Page 25: Replacement Of The Water Filter(S)

    The frequency for replacing the water filter (s) depends on the water quality. The service life of the filters is continuously monitored by the control software of the Condair MN. As soon as the message "Replace filter" appears on the display, the water filter(s) must be replaced. Proceed as follows: 1.
