    • Fold the rope over the bearing pulley and insert the pulley into the flowline extension arm. • Insert the bolts and securely tighten them using a 4mm Allen key (Not Included). • Now Camera Hook is securely attached to the Placid Arm.

    Support Bar Assembly • Join support bar with body support by push-fit technique. Front Extension Section Assembly • Remove both the knobs from the Support Bar. • Then, attach the Front section to the support bar. • Now, insert both the knobs and re-tighten them securely.

    Support Bar Height Adjustment • Loosen all four Adjustment Knobs provided on the back of Support Jacket. • Then, adjust height (Upward/ Downward) of the Support Bar. • Once the support bar is at a desired height re-tighten all four Adjustment Knobs to secure it.
