4. BUTTONS AND FUNCTIONS
Before using your air conditioner, familiarise yourself with its remote control. The following is a brief introduction
to the remote control itself. For instructions on how to operate the air conditioner, refer to the section „How to
use the basic functions" in this manual.

1. ON/OFF
Switches the unit on or o
2. Button
Increases the temperature in 1°C (1°F) increments. The maximum
temperature is 30°C (86°F).
Note: Pressing the
seconds will switch the displayed temperature between °C and °F.
3. SET button
Scroll through the operational functions as follows:

Reduces the temperature in 1°C (1°F) increments. The minimum
temperature is 60°F (16°C).

Selects fan speeds in the following order:

Press or o decrease/increase the fan speed in 1% steps.
6. SWING blind fan button
Starts and stops the horizontal movement of the blind. Hold down
for 2 seconds to activate the function.
7. MODE MODE button
Scrolls through the operating modes of the unit as follows: AUTO
COOL (cooling)
FAN (ventilation)
Note: Heating mode (HEAT) is not supported by cooling-only units
(without built-in heat pump).
8. ECO/GEAR button (selected models)
Press this button to enter the energy-saving mode in the
following order:
ECO GEAR (75%)
