Approx. every 5 sec. priority watch monitors a

While receiving on watching frequency:
- [PRIO]
cancels watch.
- Transmitting not accepted.

1) Set the desired
operating frequency
in VFO
mode.

2) Select a memory channel in MEMORY
mode or
the call channel to be watched.

3) Push the [PRIO] switch to start priority watch.
e "PRIO" appears.
4) When
a signal is received on the priority fre-
quency, priority watch pauses for approx. 15 sec.
on the frequency.

e "PRIO" flashes.

the signal
disappears,

resumes after approx. 2 sec.
5) To
cancel
priority
watch,
push
the
[PRIO]
switch
when
the
operating
frequency
is dis-
played.
