If the appliance has not been used for a long period of time (switched off for one or more weeks e.g. holiday period) or when replacing the BWT Bewapur filter cartridge, it is obligatory to carry out periodic sanitisation when switching back on, following the procedures in the appliance sanitisation kits at the point of use.

Photo extraction drip tray The appliance is equipped with an anti-flooding probe located on the base plate of the technical compartment. The probe, if wet, blocks the dispensing keyboard. Again, the problem is highlighted by a buzzer, flashing and a keypad lock. To restore it, it is necessary to solve the problem that caused the loss and/or to contact the Technical Assistance Service.
