LOCAL AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS Before installation, unpack all parts from carton, remove all internal packaging and check for damage. Check Gas Type and specifications plate placed on the rear of the unit, alternatively there is a second label supplied – this should be fixed in an accessible position close to the appliance (on the side of a cabinet, etc.).

APPLIANCE GAS CONNECTION IMPORTANT: This appliance must be installed by an authorised person. WARNING: DO NOT MODIFY THIS APPLIANCE If the appliance cannot be adjusted to perform correctly, contact the service department. This appliance utilises a threaded 1/2" gas male fitting. To connect the appliance to the gas network with a flexible hose, a supplemental hose nipple fitting is needed which is supplied with the appliance.

CONVERSION TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAS Before performing any maintenance operation, disconnect the appliance from the gas supply and electricity network. REPLACING THE NOZZLES TO OPERATE WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF GAS When converting to LPG remove the NG gas regulator (if fitted) and fit LPG test point adaptor. If converting to Natural Gas, fit gas regulator.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE READ THE PRECAUTIONS BELOW BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE. Turn controls to the off position when you have finished cooking and when not in use. Stand back when opening an oven door to allow any build-up of steam or heat to disperse. Use dry good quality oven gloves when removing items from the oven grill.

Base CONTROL PANEL Broil When you first run your oven a certain smell will be emanated arising from the insulation materials and the heater elements. For this reason, before using your oven, run it empty at maximum temperature for 45 minutes.
Never fill a pan more than 1/3 full of oil. Always dry food before frying. Never use gauze, metal pan diffusers or stands over the hobs, as they can cause the burners to overheat. Do not use trivets not supplied by Everdure for use with this appliance. Recommended vessel sizes are as follows: Auxiliary: Ø100mm-Ø220mm.
OVEN CONTROLS Broil OVEN FUNCTIONS NOTE: The control knob decals are printed on the bezels at the base of each control knob. Note: When cooking without using the timer, the timer must be set to manual mode (turn anti-clockwise to the first icon from off).

Choose an oven function with the oven function control knob (off at the top, with 9 other functions). Chose an oven temperature setting using the thermostat control knob. The temperature ranges from 0⁰C (top) to >200⁰C (rotated fully clockwise to Grill), depending on the function. The control knob will not rotate past Grill. Place the food into the oven.
CLEANING THE APPLIANCE Before each cleaning disconnect the cooker from the electricity. To assure the long life of the appliance, it shall be thoroughly cleaned frequently. Wait until the oven has cooled before removing the wire shelves wash them separately in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEM SOLUTION Oven or hob not working Check the electricity is turned on. Check your fuses. If the fuse continues to blow, call Omega service. Check the circuit breaker. Ensure correct knob is positioned correctly. Dry or clean ignition electrodes. Make sure flame ports and ignition areas are clean and dry.
OVEN LAMP REPLACEMENT Switch off and disconnect the power from the oven. Ensure that the internal parts have cooled down before touching them. Remove the lamp cover by turning it counter clockwise note it may be stiff remove the bulb by turning it counter clockwise. Insert the new bulb, which should be 300 C resistant (G9, AC2 30V, 25W).
