  • Page 2 Overview This document is intended as a QuickStart Guide to Rosco Vision’s Safe-T-Scope® 360AHD™ 3D Surround View System. For complete information on the functionalities and features of the system, please consult the complete manual (MNL360AHD_V1.1). The goal of this document is to briefly aid the user in the steps required to operate the system after complete hardware installation.

    Once all the wires and devices are connected properly, verify operation by turning on the device. This can be done by turning on the vehicle’s accessory switch or turning the vehicle’s ignition on. (Note: It is recommended to have the system installed by Rosco Vision upon order.) If the installation of hardware was successful, exterior image from the 4 cameras shall be displayed on the monitor.
  • Page 4 Use the numbers on the remote, or the keyboard interface on the screen to input the default password. The default password is: 22061. Please contact Rosco Vision’s technical support/customer care team if you are locked out of the system.
  • Page 5 STEP 3: Entering the Main Menu At this step, you would have reached the main menu UI, which is shown below: Note: The following steps in this document will guide the user from initial startup up to the point of a successful calibration procedure. For complete feature descriptions and menu functionalities, please consult the user manual document.
  • Page 6 Generally, the mats should be placed about 1.5ft – 2ft diagonally from the corner of the vehicle to ensure that it is properly captured by the four cameras. STEP 5: Verify Position of Calibration Mats Press ‘ESC’ on the remote to return to camera view mode. At this point, each camera should be able to view 2 mats when selected.

  • Page 9 STEP 7: Select Automatic Calibration Use the remote to select the icon above to access the Automatic Calibration menu.
  • Page 10 IMPORTANT CALIBRATION NOTES • Leave the default settings for File, Normal, Size, and Type as these are parameters which apply to most vehicles. • Navigate to Calibrate 4CH and select that option to begin the Auto-Calibration procedure. • If the procedure fails, it will tell you which camera failed during the process. This is normally due to incorrect placement of the calibration mats.
