Upgrading the Boxer
shutter and light dump
performance
To improve the performance of existing Boxer projectors, Christie has released a new shutter and light
dump upgrade kit.
The new light dump and shutter prevents the risk of shutter failure, which may block the light path
during projector operation.
Affected products

•
Boxer 2K models
•
Boxer 30
•
Mirage 304K
Required components
The following components are required to complete the upgrade.
•
Boxer shutter upgrade kit P/N: 003-006173-01
Tools required for installation
Make sure the following tools are available during the installation:
•
3 mm hex driver
•
3 mm hex key
