Particularly aff ected are persons who: have a hereditary disposition to high blood pressure or heart disease, are over the age of 45, smoke, have high cholesterol values, are overweight and/or have not exercised regularly in the past year.
  • Page 10 Set-Up Place ⚠ WARNING Do not place the equipment in main corridors or escape routes. ⚠ CAUTION Choose a location in which to place the equipment such that there is enough free space/ clearance to the front, the rear and to the sides of the equipment. The training room should be well ventilated during training and not be exposed to any draughts.
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY General Instructions ⚠ DANGER Do not leave any tools, packaging materials such as foils or small parts lying around, as otherwise there is a danger of suff ocation for children. Keep children away from the equipment during assembly. ⚠ WARNING Pay attention to the instructions attached to the equipment in order to reduce the risk of injuries.

  • Page 13 Assembly Before assembly, take a close look at the individual assembly steps shown and carry out the assembly in the order given.  NOTICE First loosely screw all parts together and check that they fi t properly. Tighten the screws using the tool only when you are instructed to do so.
  • Page 14 Step 2: Assembly of the Main Frame, the Front Foot and Rear Foot, Part 2 Turn the main frame upside down with the front foot facing upwards like shown in fi gure A. Attach the front foot (6) to the main frame (3) with one bolt (E) and one fl at washer (D). Turn the main frame over again like shown in fi gure B.
  • Page 15 Step 3: Assembly of the Pads  NOTICE For an easier assembly, you can lay the pads with the front facing downwards on an underlay on the fl oor and then place the main frame on top. Attach the back pad (1) to the main frame (3) with a total of fi ve bolts (A) and fi ve fl at washers (C). Attach the seat pad (2) to the main frame (3) with a total of four bolts (A) and four fl at washers (C).
  • Page 16 Step 4: Assembly of the Roller Tube, the Foot Rollers and Roller Caps Slide the roller tube (7) through the respective opening on the front foot (6). Attach one foot roller (4) onto each side of the roller tube (7). Secure the foot rollers (4) with one roller cap (5) each.
  • Page 17 STORAGE AND TRANSPORT General Instructions ⚠ WARNING The storage location should be chosen so that improper use by third parties or children can be prevented. If your equipment does not have transportation wheels, the equipment must be disassembled before transportation. ATTENTION Make sure that the equipment is protected from moisture, dust and dirt in the selected storage location.
  • Page 18 TROUBLESHOOTING, CARE AND MAINTENANCE General Instructions ⚠ WARNING Do not make any improper changes to the equipment. ⚠ CAUTION Damaged or worn components may aff ect your safety and the life of the equipment. Therefore, immediately replace damaged or worn components. In such a case, contact the contract partner.
  • Page 19 Maintenance and Inspection Calendar To avoid damage from body sweat, the equipment must be cleaned with a damp towel (no solvents!) after each training session.   • Page 20 RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES To make your training experience even more effi cient and pleasant, we recommend that you add suiting accessories to your fi tness equipment. For training equipment like smith machines, weight benches or racks this could for example be a fl oor mat, which makes your fi tness equipment stand more securely and also protects the fl oor from sweat but it could be also additional weights, handles, foot straps for leg exercises or triceps ropes.

Ownership of equipment or parts of equipment which have been replaced is transferred to us. The warranty period is not extended nor does a new warranty period begin following repair or replacement under the warranty.
