Check whether the spoke nut is loose or broken. Use a torque wrench or pinch the spoke with
your hands to make sure it is tight and
Treatment method:
1. If there are less than 4 loose spokes, tighten the loose spokes directly to the standard
torque;
2.To replace the spokes, you need to remove the tire, use a special wrench to loosen the nuts
and replace the nuts and spokes, and adjust the spokes and rim runout.
Note:
1. Spoke torque standard: 1.5-2.5Nm
2.If a spoke is broken, the adjacent group of spokes needs to be replaced
3. Use a dial indicator to check the rim end runout and diameter runout to be less than 1mm; if
there is no dial indicator, use a steel sheet to visually check
the runout clearance
against the rim
