EFI system
The main function of the electronic fuel injection system is to atomize the fuel
supplied from the fuel tank, mix it with air to form a uniform mixture and
introduce it into the combustion chamber. The electronic fuel injection system is
mainly composed of an electronic control unit (ECU), a nozzle, a throttle body
assembly, an intake temperature and pressure integrated sensor, an engine
temperature sensor, an ignition coil, a crankshaft position sensor, an oil pump
assembly, and an oxygen sensor. The motorcycle electronic fuel injection system
is equipped with an electronic fuel injection fault indicator light on the
instrument panel. When the ignition system circuit is turned on, the indicator
light will stay on under normal working conditions. When the engine is started,
the light will go out under normal working conditions. If there is a fault, the light
will stay on or flash continuously.
Use the fault diagnosis instrument to diagnose the EFI system to check whether
there is any fault information. If there is a fault, replace the corresponding EFI
parts.

The system performs a recovery initialization operation to clear the error
information stored inside the ECU.
The specific method is as follows:
Combined electronic fuel injection system---turn on the key and wait for five
seconds---open the throttle fully and maintain it for five seconds---turn off the
key and return the throttle to neutral position---initialization operation is
completed.
2. When the vehicle fails to start successfully after multiple attempts, the engine
may flood.
Perform cylinder cleaning operation to remove unburned fuel inside the engine.
The specific method is as follows:
First, keep the key and the ignition switch on --- keep the throttle at full throttle
for 5 seconds (the nozzle will not spray oil in this state) --- then press the start
button and hold it for 3-5 seconds --- the cylinder cleaning operation is completed.

1. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the ECU and other EFI components when the key is
on.
2. When removing and installing EFI components, do not drag the EFI components and their
wiring harnesses excessively.
3. When installing parts with rubber seals such as nozzles and intake pressure and temperature
sensors, apply an appropriate
amount of lubricating grease on the seals to avoid damage to the seals during assembly. After
disassembling the oxygen sensor,
apply a small amount of anti-sintering agent to the threads of the oxygen sensor to avoid
sintering.
4. To avoid clogging of the oil pump, if there are too many impurities or rust in the fuel tank,
the oil pump must be disassembled and the fuel tank must be
disassembling the oil circuit, cover the disassembly area with a rag first to remove the oil
pressure in the oil circuit to avoid safety accidents caused by sprayed fuel.
5. It is strictly forbidden to start the fuel pump when there is not enough fuel in the fuel
tank to submerge the fuel pump, otherwise the fuel pump may burn out.
6. Do not apply any external voltage to the EFI components. Do not damage the main
cables during maintenance and modification, and the external equipment should be installed
more than 300mm away from the sensor and ECU.
7. When installing the injector, pay attention to the limit between the injector and the intake
pipe to ensure the correct angle of the injector.
8. According to the requirements of National IV, Euro IV and Euro V regulations, the EFI fault
indicator light will not go out
immediately after the fault is eliminated. It will go out after three operation cycles and when
the fourth cycle is started.
9. The
initialization (reset) method cannot repair the vehicle, but can only temporarily clear
the internal fault.
10. If the vehicle is not used for a long time, it is recommended to ride it for 20 minutes
every 2 months.
11. EFI parts must be replaced with Zongshen original EFI parts of the same model. Even if
the hardware model of the ECU is the same, it cannot be interchanged between different
models. EFI parts of different models cannot be interchanged unless it is confirmed that the
parts are of the same model.
12. The vehicle air filter element should be cleaned every 10,000 km; the throttle valve
body should be cleaned.
13. The electronic fuel injection system of this motorcycle has been debugged and qualified
before leaving the factory. When the electronic fuel injection system fails, it is strictly
forbidden to adjust the idle screw on the throttle body by yourself, and it is strictly forbidden
to replace or adjust the parts of the
electronic fuel injection system by yourself. If you
