ADJUSTING
THE BACKREST
FRAME
To change the position of the Backrest Frame (7),
hoHdthe HandHe (8) with one hand and remove the
Long Pin (16) from the Backrest Pivot Frame (6),
Move the Backrest Frame to the desired position and
reinsert the Long Pin into the Pivot Frame and Rear
Frame (2).
Long
Pin (16) is fu!iy !nsetted into the Backrest
Pivot Frame (16) and Rear Frame (2) before
using the exercise
bench.
STORING THE EXERCISE BENCH
To store the exercise bench, adjust the Backrest
Frame (7) to the most declined position (see
ADJUSTHNG THE BACKREST FRAME above), Then,
Hilton the seat and foHdthe Front Frame (1) under the
Rear Frame (2),
