The system may only be transported by employees of the
manufacturer GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies or
persons authorized by the manufacturer.
WARNING!
Danger from incorrectly performed transportation!
Transporting the system incorrectly may result in hazardous
situations and cause considerable material damage.
• The system may only be transported by employees of
the manufacturer GE Sensing & Inspection Technologies
or persons authorized by the manufacturer.
• All unauthorized transportation or installation/removal
of transport aids must be prohibited.
• Do not remove packaging without authorization.
• If you need to move the system to a new location at a
later date, please ensure that GE Sensing & Inspection
Technologies and local authority is involved.
• Transport temperature: -10°C to 45°C.
• Follow transport signs on the wooden packaging, e.g.
lifting positions, positions of gravity center, keep dry,
keep top surface up, Tilt angle less than 15°, Maximum
impact G-level less than 5g, etc.
Upon delivery of the system, inspect it immediately to check for completeness
and transport damage.
If there is any noticeable damage on external inspection, proceed as follows:
• Either refuse acceptance of the delivery or accept with reservation.
• Make a note of the extent of the damage on the transport documents or
the carrier's delivery note.
• Commence complaint proceedings.
Notify the manufacturer of any defect as soon as it is
detected. Claims for damages may only be asserted within
the stipulated claim periods.
