(Pos. C).
Cold start:
If the ambient temperature is low (near or
below 0°C), there may be problems with
the first start-up.
In this case:
Press the starter button «6» for
five seconds and at the same
time slightly turn the throttle grip
«7» (Pos. B).
If the engine starts:
Release the throttle grip
«7» (Pos. A).
If the idle speed is not stable,
twist the throttle grip «7» with
short and frequent rotations.
If the engine does not start:
Wait some seconds and follow
the procedure for cold starts.
Remove the spark plug and
check it is not wet.
If the spark plug is wet, clean
and dry it.
Before refitting:
Press the starter button «6» and
make the starter motor turn for
about five seconds, without ac-
celerating.

Koude start:
Wanneer de omgevingstemperatuur laag
is (dichtbij of onder het vriespunt), zou de
eerste start moeilijk kunnen verlopen.
In dit geval handelt men als volgt:
Druk voor vijf seconden op de
startknop «6» en draai tegelij-
kertijd gematigd (Pos. B) aan
het gashandvat «7».
Wanneer de motor start:
Laat het gashandvat «7» los
(Pos. A).
Wanneer het minimumregime
instabiel blijkt, handelt men op
het gashandvat «7» met kleine
en frequente rotaties.
Wanneer de motor niet start:
Wacht enkele seconden, en
voer de procedure van de koude
start weer uit.
Verwijder eventueel de bougie
en controleer of ze niet vochtig
is.
Wanneer de bougie vochtig is,
reinigt en droogt men ze.
Vooraleer men ze hermonteert, handelt
men als volgt:
Druk op de startknop «6» en laat
het startmotortje draaien voor
ongeveer vijf seconden, zonder
gas te geven.
