ADJUSTMENTS & USAGE GUIDE ADJUSTING THE TENSION Adjust the tension by rotating the Tension Control Knob (No. 8) clockwise to increase the level of resistance. Rotate the Tension Control Knob (No. 8) counter-clockwise to decrease the level of resistance. Tension levels are set at Level 1 being the lowest and Level 16 being the highest. - Page 5 EXERCISE METER BLUETOOTH 1. The Bluetooth icon will flash when the meter is on or wakes from sleep mode.
