For your safety, as well as the safety of others, please verify that the power source is correct before plugging in the equipment.     There are 7 basic workout modes: Manual, Pre-set Programs, Watt Program, Body Fat Program, Target Heart Rate Program, Heart Rate Control Program, and User Program. FUNCTIONS: SPEED: Displays current training speed. Maximum speed is 99.9 MPH. RPM: Displays current rotation per minute. TIME: Accumulates the workout time from 00:00 to 99:59.
