Brief Instructions

1. Heat neutral-tasting, high-heat vegetable oil, vegetable fat or coconut fat in the fondue pot over medium
temperature on the stove to boiling point. Instead of grease you can use a meat or vegetable broth as
well or melt grated cheese or chopped chocolate. Make sure that the filling quantity is always between the
MIN and MAX markings.
2. Place the fondue pot with the hot liquid on the electric warmer. Place the splash guard on the pot. When
making cheese or chocolate fondue the splashguard is not obligatory.
3. Insert the power plug into a suitable socket. Press the ON/OFF button and choose the desired kind of fondue.
Adjust the temperature if needed.
4. After use, press the ON/OFF button to turn off the unit. Pull the power cord out of the socket and allow it to
cool down.

Proper use

3.1

Warranty

The warranty period is 2 years after purchase date on the receipt. Keep the original proof of purchase safe.
The warranty excludes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper use, improper handling, incorrect
operation, lack of care and cleaning, intentional destruction, transport or accident, and access by nonauthorized
third parties.
In case of a warranty claim, contact your specialty dealer and submit the appliance together with the original
sales invoice. The defective goods will be repaired or replaced according to our discretion. In the event of a
replacement, we reserve the right to replace the defective appliance with an equivalent product. Due to changes
in the assortment, we cannot guarantee the availability of the same product. Further claims for property damage
or personal injury are excluded.
3.2

Liability exclusion

We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use and non-observance of the instructions for care,
cleaning and use, as well as mechanical damage.
3.3

Intended use

Cooking food in hot grease or broth. Melting cheese or chocolate for dipping food.
This appliance is not intended for commercial use. Do not use the appliance in unprotected outdoor areas.
