  • Page 2 Remember to take care when unpacking. Please keep your workspace clean, clear and tidy when working. This will help keep all items safe from any damages. Any un-needed cardboard or plastic should be flattened down and placed in the bin. A minimum of two people will be needed to lift the unit.

  • Page 4 Creating the pilot holes Drill small pilot hole through the back panel of the unit through the gusset. Finding the fixing point for the wall brackets The fixing point for the wall hanging brackets are 125mm below the top of the units. Draw a line on the wall 125mm below the top line of the unit (Already marked).
  • Page 5 No screws or wall plugs are provided for attaching the unit to the wall. This is due to variations in wall construction. Before drilling into the wall you MUST check for any hidden services or pipework within the walls. Attaching the wall hanging bracket to the wall Position the 2x hanging brackets as shown and mark the holes onto the wall.
  • Page 6 Adjusting the wall brackets Using the points below to adjust the unit to suit. Place the cover cap once adjustmentshas taken place. A- Rotate the screw clockwise to move the unit up. Anti-clockwise for down. B- Adjust the depth using centre screw. C- Screw the red screw until it touches the plate to lock in position.
  • Page 7 Fixing the shelves Position the shelf pegs into the pre-drilled holes inside the unit. Add the fixing plate to the bottom of the large shelves, fix the fixing plates with 2x15mm screws. Ensuring the fixing plates are evenly spaced. Now, lift the large shelf into position on the shelf pegs inside the unit, ensuring the fixing plates are at the bottom.
  • Page 8 94mm 126mm Attaching hinge mounting plate Attach the hinge mounting plate onto both of the side panels as shown, using screws which are already positioned within the hinge plates. 126mm 94mm Fixing the hinges to the frontals Insert the hinges into the top and bottom holes on the frontal.
  • Page 9 Attaching the frontal The frontal should be attached to the unit by clipping the hinges onto the hinge plates. The bar of the hinge needs to be positioned into the hooks on the hinge plate. Then the rear of the hinge pushed to the hinge plate until it clicks.
  • Page 10 Altering the soft-close Fit the hinge cover caps to the hinges by pressing down to secure. Adjust the soft-close to suit (if required). The soft-close is adjusted by turning the screw at the top of the hinge clockwise or anti-clockwise.
