    Tower Assembly Triceps Top Frame Assembly (use Triceps Parts List) IMPORTANT The Triceps Pushdown Station can ONLY be installed on a Quad Tower. Place the triceps top frame on top of the tower. Ensure the pins rest inside the top Quad Tower Frame Assembly (use Quad Tower Parts Lists) of the columns and the holes align.
