Tower Assembly IMPORTANT Depending on your configuration, you may assemble a quad Single Tower Frame Assembly (use Single Tower Parts Lists) tower, a single tower, or both. The parts numbers are different for each. Please refer to the Parts List for each tower earlier in this document. Place the single tower ground frame where it is to be installed. - Page 6 Dip-Chin Assist Station Assembly Dip-Chin Assist Rear Support Frame Assembly (use Dip-Chin Parts List) Align the rear support frame over the front of the ground frame and secure the sides to the tower columns with 4 M12 x 25 SHCS and 4 13 mm washers (Figure 6).
- Page 7 Dip-Chin Assist Station Weight Stack Assembly Connect remaining Dip-Chin Assist Frame Parts (Dip-Chin Parts List) The Dip-Chin Assist has a 320 lb/145.5kg weight stack. Connect the dip-chin base frame to the tower ground frame. Secure with 2 M12 x 25 mm SHCS and 2 13 mm washers (Figure 10).

Place a guide rod retaining spring into a guide rod cap over the each guide rod. Press down on the cap and snap each rod into place in the holes of the top frame (Figure 14).
