Assembly Guide
Assembly Requirements
Precor recommends at least 3 people for this installation. DO NOT attempt assembly
by yourself.
It takes about 45 minutes to assemble this equipment. If this is your first time doing this, allow more time.
Follow the steps in the order listed in this assembly guide. Note the following:
• Unpack the box and assemble the equipment close to where you plan to use it.
• Assemble the equipment on a solid, flat, non-slip surface so that it remains level and stable.
• DO NOT move the equipment without assistance.
• The equipment must be bolted to the floor at all anchor points.
• This equipment is designed for a variety of exercises and has cable lengths that may exceed the
minimum dimensions of this equipment. Provide sufficient space for use, access, and passage
around the equipment (vertically for pull-ups and around all sides of the unit).

Required Tools
• Type I 6-foot step-ladder • Box cutter
• Socket wrench sets, metric • Open-end wrench sets,
and standard, plus extensions metric and standard
• 19 mm crowfoot wrench • Torque wrench with torque range to at least 150 ft-lb (206 N-m) and fits the
following hex bits: 6, 8, and 10 mm

Begin Assembly
CAUTION: Do not fully tighten fasteners until instructed to do so.
The equipment is designed to be freestanding; however, it can be bolted to the floor for extra stability. Precor highly recommends that the equipment be bolted to the floor to reduce the risk of toppling the
equipment due to improper use. Since floor construction varies, please consult a professional building engineer for proper fastening.
Frame assembly

1. Have 1 assistant hold up the right side frame and the other assistant hold up the
frame (the 3 pins on the bottom on the outside and handles on inside). Ensure the distance between
the rear tubes is 31.96 inches/81.2 cm

2. Connect a solid shelf to the second set of connection holes from the bottom (Figure 3) to each

side frame using 4 M12 x 35 mm SHCS and 4

5. Attach the solid shelf with hooks above the solid shelves (Figure 5) with 4

6. Attach the wire rack above the shelf with hooks (Figure 5) with 4
13 mm washers. Hand-tighten only.
IMPORTANT Before you torque, square the unit and use the level horizontally and vertically.
Tighten each shelf, rack, and pull-up bar in the following order: 1) upper left 2) lower right 3) upper right 4)
lower left. Torque all M12 hardware to 65 Ft-lb (88 N-m).
