5 Appendix Disk Installation and Removal for the 60
Slots Products
For the 60 slots products, the installation and removal of the disk are slightly different
from other slots. Here is a separate introduction.
Do not touch the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) of the disk.
Verify that the handle and screws on both sides of the disk case are secure.
Installing a Disk
The steps to install the disk are as follows:
1. Unplug the disk subrack. Turn the screw (counter clockwise, please refer to the
blue mark in the figure below). When the screws are loose, pull out the disk
subrack with both hands at the same time (like pulling a drawer).
