Compaq Replaceable Parts Program
The Compaq Replaceable Parts program (if available in your country) ships
approved replacement parts directly to you to fulfill your warranty. This will
save considerable repair time. After you call the Compaq Technical Support
Center in your country, a replaceable part can be sent directly to you. Once the
part arrives, call the Compaq Technical Support Center. A technician will assist
you over the phone to ensure that the installation is quick and easy.
Registering the Product
Registering with Compaq during the warranty period will facilitate response and
repair. If you have not registered your product with Compaq, proof of purchase
(i.e., a sales receipt) from Compaq or a Compaq authorized reseller will be
required.
