● Stop the product before it is transported.
● Do not operate the product in poor visibility or bad light.
Keep a firm footing and good balance at all times, and
keep a firm grip on the handle. Do not run with the
product.
● Only use the parts and accessories recommended by the
manufacturer. Contact an authorized service center if you
have any questions.
● Maintain or replace the labels on the product if
necessary.
● Disconnect the battery before any adjustments or
maintenance is done to the product.
2.2.1 Reduction of noise and vibrations
● Plan the work so that the exposure to heavy vibrations is
spread over a longer period.
● To reduce noise and vibrations when in use, limit the time
the product is in use, and use suitable safety equipment.
● Take the following precautions to minimize the risks of
exposure to vibrations and/or noise:
• Only use the product in accordance with these
instructions.
• Check that the product is in good condition.
• Use accessories in good condition, and which are
suitable for the purpose.
• Keep a firm grip on the handles/grips.
• Maintain and lubricate the product in accordance with
these instructions.

Assembly

3.1

To assemble the product

Warning! If you do not obey these instructions, there
is a risk of death or injury.
Warning! The package contains sharp objects.
Warning! Do not install a battery before the product
is assembled.

Remove the lid from the lower pole.

Loosen the joint-fixing lever (A). (Figure 2)

Put the middle pole into the lower pole (B). Make sure
the holes are aligned.

Tighten the joint-fixing lever (C).

Operation

4.1

To adjust the auxiliary handle

4.1.1 To adjust the angle of the auxiliary handle

Stop the product, remove the battery, and wait until
the shovel blade has come to a complete stop.

Loosen the handle knob (A). (Figure 3)

Rotate the auxiliary handle (B) to the applicable
position.

Tighten the handle knob.
4.1.2 To adjust the height of the auxiliary handle

Stop the product, remove the battery, and wait until
the shovel blade has come to a complete stop.

Loosen the handle knob (A). (Figure 3)

Move the auxiliary handle (C) to the applicable height
on the pole.

Tighten the handle knob.

4.2 To adjust the pole length

Turn the pole lock clockwise to loosen it (A).
(Figure 4).

Pull the upper pole to the applicable length (B).

Turn the pole lock counter-clockwise to tighten it (C).
Make sure the pole lock is tightened correctly.
4.3 To install and remove a battery to
the product
1
To install the battery, push the battery into the slots of
the battery compartment. Make sure that the release
button on the battery clicks into place.

To remove the battery, push the release button on the
battery and pull the battery out of the handle of the
product.
