In case of an alarm:
Ì Remain calm and open windows and doors.
Ì If quickly and safely possible: eliminate all sources of
danger and potential causes (gas supply, flames, etc.).
Ì Leave the apartment immediately, taking keys and mobi-
le phone with you, and leave windows and doors open.
Ì Evacuate the building if necessary.
Ì NEVER use elevators when exiting the building!
Ì Assist children, the elderly, or disabled individuals in
exiting the building.
Ì Leave the main door on the ground floor wide open.
Ì Call emergency services (112) and request fire and re-
scue services.
Ì Hand over your apartment keys to the fire department.
Ì Gather with other residents outside the building and
check that everyone is present.
Ì Contact the responsible authorities or services (e.g.,
chimney sweep) to address the issue.
Ì Only re-enter the building when it is safe to do so.

A false alarm for CO detection is highly unlikely.
Therefore, always take it seriously.
In cases of very high CO concentrations, temporary muting
of the Multisensor Plus is not possible.
