We have an Atmos S351. When switching on, the on-switch lights, the screen lights up but is blank. There is a sound we think is a **** turning.

The issue could be due to a poorly fitting power plug or no power supply. Check if the power plug is properly connected and verify the power supply on the mains side (building fuse).
