- Page 4 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: First, you need to assemble the front bumper. This is not difficult; you just need to follow the steps below to complete the assembly. Start by assemble the wings & wing brackets to the main body using M8*20 screws. Step 2: Next, install the connect plates onto the main body using M8*40 screws.
- Page 5 Step 3: Now install the main body and the tube section. Start by attaching the connect tube to the main body using M8*65 screws and nylon insert lock nut. Step 4: In this step, you need to distinguish between fixed plate (A) & (B). The mounting holes for A are on the side, while those for B are in the center, as shown in the diagram.
- Page 6 Step 5: Next, install tube A and tube B in the middle position. Tube B can rotate inwards or outwards to hide or reveal the license plate mounting bracket base, but need remove those bolts. The installation positions of these three tubes can be changed at will.
- Page 7 Step 6: Finally, if you need to install the license plate, attach the license plate mount bracket to tube B using M6*16 screws.
- Page 8 Step 7: The assembled front bumper is as shown in the diagram below. Step 8: Before installing the front bumper, use the factory bolts to mount the winch bracket to the vehicle's frame.
- Page 9 Step 9: Lift up the bumper and put it into your vehicle. Step 10: Install the side holes and one inner hole using M12 flat washer and nuts. The upper inner hole using M12*30 bolt nuts.
