- Page 3 (4) Installation instruction: Step 1: Assemble the Bull Bar and the Front Bumper Body with the Bracket. Use the Hex Bolt (M6*16), Flat Washer (M6*1.5*20) to install them. The Bracket is in the middle. Step 2: Remove the original front bumper.
- Page 4 Step 3: Install the bumper on the vehicle.(JL & JK)
- Page 6 Step 4: Tighten the bumper.(JL & JK are the same installation method) (1)Install the Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12*2*30), Hex Nuts (M12) on the red circle bolt holes. (2)Install the Hex Nuts (M12*35), Split Lock Washer (D12), Flat Washer (M12*2*30), Hex Nuts (M12) on the yellow circle bolt holes.
- Page 7 Step 5: Repeat above steps for another side. Step 6: Install the D-rings on the bumper.(JL & JK)
