Tap Outbox to enter the Outbox Setup screen.

Tap Remove Based On to select the conditions for deletion of your sent messages.
The items you can select from the Remove Based On pull-down selection box are:

Age
•
Number
•
Do Not Remove
If Age is chosen, the removal criteria will depend on the information entered below.

Delete After:
Tap the field below Delete After to enter the number of days to keep the messages.
The maximum number of days before your messages will be deleted is 999 days.
If Number: is chosen, the removal criteria will depend on the information entered below.
•
Keep Last:
Tap the field under Keep Last: to enter the number of messages you want to keep.
The maximum number of latest messages to be kept is 999.
Trash

Tap Trash to enter the Trash Setup screen.

Tap the pull down selection box at View By to select whether the messages sent to
the trash can should be viewed by
•
Date
•
Subject
•
Name
