Message Box

You can manage the received messages in the phone.
(Left) ▶ ▶
• If you receive a message, the new message icon is displayed
on the standby screen. The new message is placed at the top
of the list.
• If a message contains the phone number, you can place a call
to the number by pressing .
• If you press when receiving a voice message, you are
connected to the voice mailbox, and can listen to the recorded
voice message.
• If you press when reading a message, you can scroll the
message.
• You can enlarge/reduce the text message screen by turning
the wheel button.

Note
• If the Inbox capacity for received messages is exceeded, the
existing messages are deleted automatically from the oldest
message.
• You can set the standby screen to show the content of the new
message by selecting 'Show msg. details' in 'Settings'
('Settings', refer to page 122).

Inbox

• Select a message, and press to read the message.
• If you select a message attached with content, the phone
automatically plays the content.
