Internet Setup

Surfing the Internet needs network support. You need to subscribe to this feature through your
A
Cellular Service Provider.
You should include your own phone number (the country code should be added before the
A
phone number) in the Phone Owner category in the Address Book. Your service provider uses
this number as your account number. If your phone number is not listed in the Phone Owner
category in the Address Book, please add the number to it. For details, please refer to the
Adding New Contacts in the Address Book section.
Before starting this setup, you should contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to get the
following information:
The dial-in number for connecting to the Internet.
The login username and password (which will be used for identification when connecting to
the internet) of your Internet account.
The Line Type details for connecting to the Internet.
The data transfer speed you should use for connecting to the Internet.
There are four parts to the Internet Setup, each will be described in turn. They are:
Connection Setup
Browser Setup
Bookmark Setup
Email Setup
It is imperative that information is completed for each of these sections; otherwise Internet Access
may not be possible.
