Adding Self-defined Folder
You are able to add your own self-defined folder in addition to the original folders preset by the
system. The maximum number of self-defined folders will be 8. You don't have to connect to the
Internet when adding folders.

Tap
at the Main Menu 1 to enter mailbox display.

and choose New Folder. A New Folder Settings display will be shown:

Tap the field beside Name to enter the name of the Folder.

Tap Routing to enter the route for the email.

Tap the pull-down selection box after View By to select how the mail in this folder will be
sorted.

Tap the pull-down selection box below Remove Based On: to determine the removal criteria.

Tap OK to Nsave the settings and will go back to the list of folders display.
Power Management
At the System Setup display,

Tap on Power Management.
The bar indicates the remaining power of the battery.
