Figure 1 Step 1; See Figure 1 Removing the front hood. 1. Grab the hood from underneath the headlights and pull toward the front until the clips release. 2. Pull up and toward the front to remove the hood.

Figure 2 Figure 3 Step 2; See Figure 2 & 3 Bolt Removal 1. Under the fender wells there are 3 bolts on each side. Using a 13MM socket, loosen the bolt closest to the front on each side, (Bolt #1 in Figure 2), but leave them in.

Step 3; See Figure 4 & 5 Windshield Frame Figure 4 Figure 5 1. Assemble the front frame as shown in figures 4 and 5.

Figure 6 Step 4; Figure 6 Installing Windshield Frame 1. Install the feet of the windshield frame in between the fender well and the frame, aligning the holes in the feet with the center hole in the fender. 2. Reinstall and tighten the 13MM bolts.

Figure 7 Step 5; Figure 7 Installing Rear Posts 1. Wrap a vinyl patch around the back of the right handle and slide the right post on top of it with the slot facing the front of the vehicle. 2. While holding the post, insert the ¼” by 1 ½” bolt and add on the locknuts. Do not tighten at this time.

Figure 8 Figure 9 Step 6; Figure 8 & 9 Installing Rear Curtain Support and Attaching Rear Curtain 1. Slide the square tubes inside of the posts with the bar hanging down as shown in Figure 6. 2. Flip the seats forward and install the curtain over the bar and attach the Velcro as shown in Figure 7.

Figure 10 Step 7; Figure 10 Attaching Top 1. Set the top onto the posts. 2. Level the top by adjusting the left and right post and tighten the post bolts when the top is level. 3. Put flat washers in the eight ¼” by 5/8” bolts. Insert the bolts inwards through the top and frame, attach and tighten locknuts.
