  • Page 7 Step 1: See Figure 1 and 1A Install Latch Plate RH(1) and Latch Plate LH(2) A. Locate the bolt holes in the rollbar post shown at Reference A in Figure 1 B. Using two M8 x 16mm bolts, attach the Latch plate to the post. Fully tighten the bolts.

  • Page 11 Step 5; See Figure 5 and 5A Step 6; See Figure 6 and 6A: Install Door Retractor(7) and Door Assemble Upper Doors(9+10) and Door Retractor Bracket(8) Bottoms(11+12) A. Place two ¾” bolts through the Door A. Locate the two holes at the front of the cab shown in Figure 5.
  • Page 12 Step 7; See Figure 7 and 7A: Install Door Latch RH(23) and Door Latch LH(24) onto Doors A. Place four #10 Flat Washers onto #10-32 x 1” Screws then install them in the four slots on the Door. B. Place a ¼” Nylon Spacer onto each bolt, then add the Door Latch as shown in Figure 7A.
