- Page 5 Assembled Frame Tools Required: Ratchet 7/16”, 1/2" Sockets 7/16”, 1/ 2” Wrenches 10mm, 13mm Socket & Wrench Needle Nose Pliers 3/32” Allen Wrenches Do not tighten bolts during assembly unless instructed to do so.
- Page 6 Figure 1 Step 1; See Figure 1: Remove the handles from fenders. A. Remove the nuts from the studs that attach the handles to the fenders. Remove the handles. 1/4” x 1 1/4” fender washers B. Insert two M6 x 30 mm bolts with down through the holes.
- Page 7 Figure 2 Step 2; See Figure 2: Install the right & left Foot (1 & 2) and Foot Braces (3). A. Pull the floor matt back out of the way and remove the bolts at Reference A. 9/16” x 1 1/4” B.
