Step 2; See Figure 2: Remove handle from left fender. A. Remove the nuts from the studs that attach the handle to the fender. Remove the handle. B. Insert two M8 x 20 mm bolts with fender washers down through the holes. Replace the nuts and tighten.

Step 4; See Figure 4: Install Front Posts (3) A. Insert a bolt outwards through the lower hole in the foot and the post. Add a locknut do not tighten at this time. C. Insert a bolt outwards through the upper hole in the foot and the post.

Step 6; See Figure 6: Install right and left Rear Brackets (7 & 8) A. Remove the bolts at reference B. Place the right Rear Bracket over the hole. B. Insert two M12 x 55mm bolts with 1/2” lock washers and flat washers down through the holes.

Step 8; See Figure 8: Install ROPS Bracket (13). A. Place the ROPS Bracket clamps over the ROPS and hold it in place with the ends of the tube at the ends of the Rear Boxing Posts. B. Insert two 1/4” x 2 1/2” bolts in through the clamp holes.

Step 10; See Figure 10: Install the Doors for frame / door alignment. A. Follow the instructions in the Door Hardware Package to install the Door Bottoms and the Door Latches. B. Install, close and latch both Doors. C. Tighten all bolts from previous steps at this time.
