About this Manual This manual contains information that is required to design, test, adjust, and maintain a Σ-V-FT-series FT003 servo system. The FT003 servo system supports pressure feedback control. Keep this manual in a location where it can be accessed for reference whenever required. 2 Pressure Feedback Control Overview You can perform pressure feedback control by inputting a feedback signal from a pressure sensor to the MECHATROLINK-III pressure reference (for a torque/force control command). An analog signal is input from a pressure sensor in the controlled system through a pressure sensor amplifier and directly into the CN1 connector on the SERVOPACK.
