Watch Dog Enable/Disable
JWD enables controls the Watch Dog function, a system monitor that takes action when a
software application freezes the system. Pins 1-2 will have WD reset the system if a
program freezes. Pins 2-3 will generate a non-maskable interrupt for the program that has
frozen.

When Watch Dog is enabled, the user must write their own application software to
disable the Watch Dog Timer.
VGA Enable/Disable
JPG1 allows you to enable or disable the VGA port. The default position enabled.

Alarm Reset
The system will notify you in the event of a power supply failure. This feature assumes
that StorTrends 3100 redundant power supply units are installed in the chassis. If you
only have a single power supply installed, do not connect anything to this header to
prevent false alarms.
