Fan Headers
The StorTrends 3100 motherboard has eight fan headers (Fan1 through Fan8).
Note:
These fan headers are 4-pin fans. However, Pins 1-3 of the fan headers are backward
compatible with the traditional 3-pin fans.
4-pin Fan Header Pin Definitions

Power LED/Speaker
On the JDI header, pins 1-3 are for a power LED and pins 4-7 are for the speaker.
Note:
The speaker connector pins are for use with an external speaker. If you wish to use the
onboard speaker, you should close pins 6-7 with a jumper.

Wake-On-Ring
The Wake-On-Ring header is designated JWOR. This function allows your computer to
receive and be "awakened" by an incoming call when in the suspend state. You must also
have a WOR card and cable to use this feature.
