HYUNDAI 1. SAFETY DANGER! NEVER breathe air from the air compressor. The air may contain carbon monoxide, toxic vapours, and/or solid particles. Compressed air will damage your lungs and may cause injury or death. 1.1 OPERATOR SAFETY WARNING! ALWAYS inspect the air compressor, air hose, and air tools for damage or obstruction before each use.

HY0392 All air tools have a recommended air pressure. Operating an air tool at a pressure that exceeds its rating may damage the tool and causes a risk of bursting. Before using any air tool, check the manufacturer’s recommended air pressure and set the outlet pressure accordingly.

HYUNDAI 1.3 MAINTENANCE SAFETY WARNING! ALWAYS release pressure, shut power OFF, and disconnect hose before performing maintenance or repairs. NEVER modify or repair the air tank. Never drill, weld, or make any modifications of any kind to the air tank or its attachments.

HYUNDAI Outlet Pressure Gauge Tank Pressure Gauge Air Pressure Regulator Knob 2.2 CONTROL FUNCTIONS Air Pressure Regulator Knob Controls the air pressure that will be delivered to your air tool. To increase the pressure, turn the knob clock wise, and to decrease the pressure, turn the knob counterclockwise.
HY0392 Drain Valve Used to drain excess moisture and condensation from the tank. Tank Pressure Gauge Indicates the reserve air pressure in the tank. Output Pressure Gauge Indicates the outgoing air pressure as set by the air pressure regulator knob.
HYUNDAI 3. GETTING STARTED 3.1 INITIAL INSPECTION All air compressors are inspected before leaving the factory, but it is possible that poor handling during transport caused some damage. Fully inspect the air compressor from top to bottom before first use. If any parts are found to be damaged, contact customer support for help, we’ve got you covered.
HY0392 4. OPERATION 4.1 STARTING YOUR AIR COMPRESSOR NOTE ALWAYS inspect air compressor, air hose, and air tools for damage or obstruction before each use. Repair or replace damaged items before use. Place air compressor on a level surface.
HYUNDAI 4.2 STOPPING YOUR AIR COMPRESSOR DANGER! ALWAYS use ear and eye protection when draining the air tank, escaping air may contain moisture and debris. Turn power switch to OFF. Unplug the power cord from receptacle. Turn regulator knob counter-clockwise until the outlet pressure gauge reads 0-PSI.
HY0392 5. MAINTENANCE WARNING! Shut OFF the air compressor, unplug from the power source, drain the air tank, and allow one hour to cool after use before any maintenance is performed. Proper maintenance is important to ensure safe and trouble-free operation. Improper maintenance or neglect may cause malfunction leading to serious injuries or death.
HYUNDAI 5.2 DRAINING THE AIR TANK WARNING! ALWAYS use ear and eye protection when draining the air tank, escaping air may contain moisture and debris. Condensation will form inside the air tank. Make sure to completely drain condensed water from the tank after each use to prevent rust and thinning of air tank.
HY0392 5.4 CHECKING THE SAFETY RELIEF VALVE WARNING! The safety relief valve is designed to prevent system failures due to overpressure and is pre-set by the manufacturer. NEVER modify the safety relief valve. Replace the valve immediately if it leaks air continuously.
