    HYUNDAI 1. SAFETY DANGER! NEVER breathe air from the air compressor. The air may contain carbon monoxide, toxic vapours, and/or solid particles. Compressed air will damage your lungs and may cause injury or death. 1.1 OPERATOR SAFETY WARNING!   ALWAYS inspect air compressor, air hose, and air tools for damage or obstruction before each use.
  • Page 7 HHC315C at a pressure that exceeds its rating may damage the tool and causes a risk of bursting. Before using any air tool, check the manufacturer’s recommended air pressure and set the outlet pressure accordingly.   This air compressor has a duty rating of 50%. Do not allow the air compressor to run continuously for more than 30 minutes, doing so will decrease the service life of the compressor.

    HYUNDAI 3. GETTING STARTED 3.1 INITIAL INSPECTION All air compressors are inspected before leaving the factory, but it is possible that poor handling during transport caused some damage. Fully inspect the air compressor from top to bottom before first use. If any parts are found to be damaged, contact customer support for help, we’ve got you covered.

    HHC315C Plug the power cord into a properly grounded receptacle. Turn power switch to ON. Allow air compressor to reach the cut-out pressure of 125-PSI, the air compressor will cut-out automatically. Turn the pressure regulator knob to adjust the outlet pressure, outlet pressure is shown on the outlet pressure gauge.

    HYUNDAI 5. MAINTENANCE WARNING! Shut OFF the air compressor, unplug from the power source, drain the air tank, and allow one hour to cool after use before any maintenance is performed. Proper maintenance is important to ensure safe and trouble-free operation. Improper maintenance or neglect may cause malfunction leading to serious injuries or death.

    HHC315C OPEN CLOSE 5.2 DRAINING THE AIR TANK WARNING! ALWAYS use ear and eye protection when draining the air tank, escaping air may contain moisture and debris. Condensation will form inside the air tank. Make sure to completely drain condensed water from the tank after each use to prevent rust and thinning of air tank.

    HYUNDAI 5.4 CHECKING THE SAFETY RELIEF VALVE WARNING! The safety relief valve is designed to prevent system failures due to overpressure and is pre-set by the manufacturer. NEVER modify the safety relief valve. Replace the valve immediately if it leaks air continuously.

    HHC315C 6. STORAGE NOTE   DO NOT store the compressor in areas that are humid or subject to temperature fluctuations. This may result in excess water condensation in the tank which will cause rust and thinning of air tank.   DO NOT store in areas with excessive dust.

    HYUNDAI 7. TROUBLESHOOTING Common issues can be fixed by following these steps. If the unit will not function after following these steps, contact customer support before attempting to use or further repair the product. Problem Solution Drain the air tank, then remove and clean the check valve.
