    The device may be used as an aid for monitoring caries lesion size and shape by comparing images taken with the KaVo DIAGNOcam Vision Full HD over time, by using different reference points, such as tooth contour and position, to posi-tion the device to optimize capturing tooth features previously recorded in a still or video image.
