Replace Battery Compartment Housing
The purpose of this procedure is to replace the V.A.C.ULTA™ Therapy Unit battery compartment housing. This will
be necessary if any part of the housing is damaged including the rubber V channel anti-slip pad.
Tools and Supplies
ㆍ phillips screw driver
・ battery compartment housing and foam (KCI PN 350232)
。 foam, ABTHERA™ battery (KCI PN 370531)
¢ adhesive
È | 1. Press and hold the Power button until the display
\ © turns off to turn the V.A.C.ULTA™ Therapy Unit off.

2. Remove screws located at the bottom back of the unit.
Open battery compartment housing carefully.
4. Dispose of the damaged housing properly.
5. Attach the new battery compartment housing cover.
6. Secure the battery compartment housing cover to the unit with
the screws removed in step 2 above.
