COMPONENT CHECKLIST AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Component Checklist 5 x CASTORS - PRE FITTED TO 1 x 5 STAR BASE 1 x GAS CYLINDER & SHROUD (If applicable) 1 x FOOT RING/REST (If applicable) 1 x SEAT BASE/PAD WITH MECHANISM PRE ATTACHED 1 x BACKREST WITH BACK BAR PRE ATTACHED (if applicable) If you have requested arms on your Medical Seating product, we will try to supply the arms pre- attached, if this isn’t possible please see below Assembly Instructions on how to fit. - Page 6 3. HOW TO USE – OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS CAUTION! The chair is fitted with Soft Wheel Restraint castors as standard. If the flooring is of a different type (ie carpet) a different castor may be more suitable. Operating Instructions 2 Lever mechanism: Lever 1 operates the backrest angle adjustment, lift the lever to allow movement of backrest and lock the lever to fix the backrest in desired position.

Lever 2 is used to adjust the angle of the seat pad, lift the lever to allow adjustments to be made, and press the lever back down to lock angle once comfortable.
